We invite applications from organisations with a mandate to provide public access to information to apply for the Access to Learning Award (ATLA) 2009.
The award recognizes excellence and innovation in libraries and similar institutions in providing access to information through the use of computers and the Internet, at no cost to the user. The recipient will receive a prize of US$1 million.
