Forest Day 3 will be held on 13 December at the Radisson SAS Falconer Hotel, Copenhagen, Denmark. It will take place alongside the 15th Conference of the Parties of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and will be hosted by the Collaborative Partnership on Forests, the Government of Denmark and CIFOR.
What is Forest Day?
Forest Day is a platform for anyone with an interest in forests and climate change to share their views and work together to ensure forests are high on the agenda for global strategies to address climate change.
Built on the success of Forest Day 1 and 2 which helped to place forests high on the global agenda for climate change, Forest Day 3 will bring together stakeholders from the forest and climate change communities to look beyond Copenhagen, at the issues related to implementation of the Copenhagen outcomes.
How can you be involved?
To ensure that Forest Day 3 enables as many stakeholders as possible to share their knowledge, we encourage you to submit an application form for an exhibition booth or poster display, and to register now to guarantee yourself a place.
